A board game at the company's facilities during the workday?
That's right! The goal of this company was clear: to foster new connections between colleagues who did not know each other. A reality we often encounter in companies that grow rapidly in a short time, where there is a risk of losing the sense of community and belonging.
A fun dynamic, with a board, dice, tokens, two decks of cards, writing materials... and a lot of play while new connections were being made with colleagues!
At the end of this spring activity, we collected the drawings they had made during the game to reproduce them later on tote bags that were given to them at the summer afterwork. This gift was a great surprise for the attendees, who by this afterwork already knew more colleagues than in the previous year.
