Redarbor received, for the second consecutive year, this recognition as the best company to work for in Spain in the category of 101 to 250 employees. These results are the result of a consolidated strategy over the years, focused on people, measuring internal commitment, and fostering a positive work environment.
To celebrate, we set up photo booths so that everyone could take pictures, both individually and with colleagues. These images were turned into stickers that formed a large collaborative mural. Each photograph represented an essential piece of the team and, together in the mural, shaped a message full of meaning: an image of cohesion and pride in belonging to this great company.
