A well-organized day, with care and dedication, in coordination with the event team of the contracting company, designed to strengthen teamwork and the sense of belonging in a space to disconnect from daily life, enjoy together, and experience something different.
This summer we moved to Gavà beach, where we held a corporate day in which the environment and sports were the main focus: a beach volleyball tournament followed by a summer lunch.
The members of the teams formed for the tournament also sat together at the same table for lunch, with the intention of strengthening their bonds and creating new ones.
This activity promotes healthy competitiveness, which also translates into the professional environment in their daily work.
