A day that began with a team building session with semi-freedom horses. This unique and impactful equestrian experience, guided by professionals specialized in equine therapy and team dynamics, allowed participants to connect with the animals and, at the same time, discover new ways to communicate, trust, and cooperate with each other.
The natural and tranquil environment facilitated team members stepping out of their routine and getting to know each other from a different perspective, reinforcing bonds and enhancing internal cohesion.
The day culminated with lunch at a nearby restaurant where participants could enjoy Japanese cuisine and exchange impressions after this impactful coaching session.
